• I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event as a Consignor.
• I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items.
• I understand that I will be charged 40% of my gross sales.
• I understand there is a Consignor Fee which is payable in advance when making a Drop-off Appointment.
• I understand that clothing going through Inspection at Drop-off which is deemed "no-thank-you" is bagged and available for me to take at pick up. No-thank-you items not picked up the day of your Pick Up Appointment are automatically donated. We are not able to save or hold these no-thank-you items.
• To ensure the best quality items are sold, I acknowledge that JBF Rockford has a 'No Thank-You' fee of $0.25 per item that does not pass the quality and standards policy. All sellers will have a 5-item grace for items they need to say “no thank you” to. After 5 items, sellers will be deducted $0.25 per item from their seller check.
• I understand that items that are stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected at the discretion of JBF Team Members.
• I understand that Consignor Pick up (of unsold items you choose not to donate) is on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 2:30pm - 4:00pm.
• I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 4:01pm on Sunday, May 18, 2025, will be donated to the JBF Rockford Charity Partner.
• I understand that JBF Rockford is only a broker or agent for me (the Consignor or Seller). JBF has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with me.
• If I am not signed up to sell in the tagging site, I give JBF Rockford the rights to do so for me. Terms and Conditions in the tagging site will still apply.
•I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed or videoed at the sale.
• I understand that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent the following to be true and correct:

1) I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale; and
2) Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and is not broken or damaged in any way; and
3) Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program and
4) Each item complies with applicable law, https://cpsc.gov; and
5) No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and
6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.

• I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with any color ink) means that the item will remain at FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star will be sold at 50% off starting at the 1/2 Price Pre Sale until the sale ends.
• I understand JBF Rockford will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online or handwritten changes to the tag.
• I understand that there is a 90-day window to retrieve and deposit my check. After that time, a $35 charge will apply to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.
• I am participating in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations, techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way.
